As a part of theprogram agenda, PAN and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) will co-convene “Turning Health Investments From Costs to Assets: Why We Need To Think Differently About Health Financing” — a high-level side event to connect finance experts with health economists and leaders to determine how we can reframe health investments as assets not costs, and set out a roadmap to change the thinking of financial and health institutions and governments the world over.
