DESCRIPTION:While several European countries have adopted social prescribing to varying degrees, there is a pressing need \nfor robust evidence to demonstrate its effectiveness.\n\nThis workshop will provide valuable insights from three notable trials in Sweden, Ireland, and Germany, \noffering lessons for both research and practice:\n• Prof. Wolfram Herrmann &amp; Niklas Jeske, M.Sc.
