SUMMARY:EuroScan/i-HTS | Introduction the Concept of a Interest Group on Implementation Research
DESCRIPTION:Dear members of the Global Health Hub Germany,\nOn behalf of EuroScan international network/i-HTS, we would like to invite you to the first public discussion regarding the potential implementation of an IG Implementation research group as a common action of EuroScan and HTAi.\nFollowing several years of preparation and discussion, we would like to extend the  focus of HTA and Early Awareness beyond the classical area of regulation and reimbursement. Over the years we have observed that effective technologies are not implemented to their full potential and struggle to increase system sustainability. We would like to form a group which can give advice based on evidence to increase awareness, acceptance and effective implementation.\nIn the attached documents, we have described the initial ideas agreed by the EuroScan board to improve the situation. At the same time EuroScan would like to improve the options for innovators to access advice on how to proceed towards successful \nimplementation.\nEuroScan would be happy to welcome you to discuss this approach and invite you to \njoin the virtual meeting on the 11. March 11.30 (UTC+ 1).\nPlease register via the link .\nWith kind regards,\nIñaki Gutierrez-Ibarluzea\nPresident EuroScan international network
